The 2024 UK Corporate Governance Code is live!

It is exciting to welcome a new Code with the hope of positive changes, improved governance and accountability. The 2024 Code will come into force for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2025 with the exception of provision 29.

The changes to section 3 - composition, succession and evaluation, principle J and section 23 is particularly welcomed by the team at Governance Geek.
